Refund policy
- Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days from receiving the product.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- Shipping
Return shipping for your item is complimentary. However, please note that a restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs incurred during the return process are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, it will be issued minus the restocking fee and any associated return shipping costs.
